Bright 57-square-meter apartment, perfect for 4 people, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator (25 steps to reach it).
The apartment is located 350 meters from Piazza del Popolo and major amenities (cafes, restaurants, pharmacy); it’s just a 16-minute walk from the beach. Pesaro Station is only a 14-minute walk away.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
The space
The 57-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator (25 steps to access it).
The interior layout is as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), sofa, dining table, TV, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM I with two single beds and a walk-in closet;
- BEDROOM II on a loft with a double bed.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating with a boiler, split-system air conditioning (in the living European plan), two portable fans, washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE. Please note there is an internal staircase between the living room and the master bedroom.
WARNING. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years of age due to the presence of a dangerous internal staircase.
WARNING. The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Additional details to note
Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Pesaro, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person. Children under 14 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating must be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Pesaro Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22 to April 7.
Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00;
