Screened in porch and patio area with gas grill and propane fire pit.Perfect spot to enjoy the full Saratoga experience. 3 bedrooms ( Queen & 2 Full beds), 2 full baths, spacious living room & fully loaded kitchen. Breakfast cafe in walking distance across the street. 4 miles to Broadway. 4.5 miles to the FlatTrack. Centrally located while providing an at home cozy atmosphere.

We booked this somewhat last minute. The property was great location, and very clean and updated. We had a great time, and it seems like Traci has even more plans to add things!

The check in process at Tracy’s place was seamless. She communicated with us the day before we got there. The kitchen was very clean, supplied with coffee for the morning and well equipped with all the appliances you’d need.

The property was immaculate and exactly as described. The house was generously appointed, and entirely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time there.

Traci was a delight and helped to make our stay as smooth as possible. Communication with Traci was easy and she was kind enough to leave us a little welcome package for when we arrived. The place was very clean, updated, and worked well for a group. We were in town for the Travers Horse Race and the location was perfect for us. I would recommend staying here and would definitely consider this accommodation again when we come back next year!
