Our stay was WONDERFUL! The place was well stocked, clean, and relaxing. Thank you!

We have been going to Capitola annually for at least 30 years and have stayed at several different rentals throughout the village. This rates as one of the best as far as we’re concerned. Clean, well-equipped, bright and cheery decor as well as very comfortable beds! Plus - and this is a big one, enough parking for 2 cars! There is also a nice game room off the garage that would be fun for younger people. It was cold and rainy when we stayed over the New Year’s holiday, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the large deck off the living room, but maybe next time! The owners were quick to respond to a couple of questions, concerns I had when we first arrived - which I was very impressed by. I also need to mention that this property is in the best location I’ve ever stayed at! It is right in the heart of the village - no driving necessary! Shops, restaurants and the beach are just steps away! I can’t wait to go back! Melissa M.

We loved everything about this property! The location was perfect! The house was delightful and prestine. I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you!

Amazing home, clean and updated. Location could not be beat!
