The house was great for our family vacation. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The Absolute Best House in 30 Years of HHI Vacations! Our family has been coming to Hilton Head Island for 30 years, and we can confidently say this is our favorite house we have ever rented! With our growing families, finding a place that offers both incredible gathering spaces and enough room to spread out can be a challenge, but 8 Sandy Beach Trail handled it beautifully. The layout is exceptionally spacious, and having plenty of bathrooms made the daily routine effortless for everyone. The outdoor space was a massive hit. The pool is a fantastic size, but the absolute highlight for our group was the fantastic basement bar right next to the pool area—it became the ultimate spot for evening relaxation and daytime refreshments. The location on the island is also unbeatable. It is super convenient to Walmart, grocery stores, and many of our favorite local restaurants, making supply runs and dining out incredibly easy.If you are looking for a flawless Hilton Head stay that can accommodate a larger group with ease, this is it. We’re already dreaming about our next stay!

This is a very spacious and clean house. The bedrooms are good sized with nice linens. Two laundry areas are convenient. The kitchen and living room had lots of room. The decks around the house are amazing. The deck outside the kitchen door had a table and chairs for many. There are many games to play for both adults and children. The pool was a good size and felt private behind the lovely trees and bushes surrounding it. In the garage we found many beach toys, including boogie boards and chairs. The house is only a short walk to the beach and a playground. The host was available both before and during our stay to answer questions. There were 13 in our extended family and we found the place to be wonderful!

This property was perfect for a large family gathering. Comfortably housed 4 couples and 9 children ages 4 months-10 years old. Location was a very short walk to Burkes Beach which was beautiful. Kids swam for hours every afternoon in the pool (FYI in mid May the pool needed to be heated which is a rather steep additional cost. Didn’t see that information when booking) convenient to grocery stores and had enough equipment to cook all meals in which we did with 9 children. Grill was in pretty rough shape but all other appliances were great. Beds were comfortable and towels plentiful. There were 2 laundry closets which were great for a big group. Loved the balconies off each bedroom and great room overlooking the pool. Every thing was very clean which is top priority for us. Brandy was quick to respond to any inquiries we had and very accommodating to allow us early check in since we arrived on morning flights. Would highly recommend this Vrbo.
