The city center of Royan is only 4 Km away
In short, forget the car and do everything by bike or on foot!

Our studio is in a quiet residence, with parking spaces available + 2 free parking spaces right next to the residence.

Entrance to the building by digicode. Park/garden with trees...
It is composed of:
* An entrance hall with shoe bench and wardrobe, suitcase space, drawers and shelves
* You have a functional and equipped shower room + toilet (hair dryer, plenty of storage)
* You arrive in the living room with a superb fully fitted and equipped kitchen (Oven – Built-in microwave – induction hob – dishwasher – washing machine – toaster – kettle – Dolce Gusto – percolator – large fridge with freezer section. kitchen utensils and complete crockery 12 pc. >>> pull-out cupboard for storing your groceries.
You have a beautiful dining area in the continuity of the worktop which allows you to eat more than comfortably on stools with backrest, a desk or relaxation area with sockets + USB on the worktop and storage space for teleworking or games ☺️
* You have a lounge area with a sofa bed in quick opening (bed of 2 people 140/190) coffee tables, 4k flat screen connected, sound bar, USB and USBC sockets in the living room,
* A sleeping area separated by a driftwood screen in which you will find a bunk bed for 3 people 1x140/190 downstairs and 90/190 above. Slatted bed base and 17 cm mattress, sockets, lighting + USB at the sleeping level, chests under the beds and custom-made storage.
Bed duvet and pillows provided
In short, a harmonious and above all optimized layout.
* The whole thing ends with a great balcony of +/- 5m by 1m50 which is also fully equipped with its extendable table + 4 chairs, its lounge area for 3 people, its view not overlooked overlooking the garden of the property.

Longer periods possible with adapted rate (contact us).
Bed linen and towels rental is not available but rental services are available in Vaux sur Mer and Royan.
The rate includes all charges.

As a reminder: in order to guarantee you an optimal quality of rental, we will not accept more than 4 people including children.
Our animal friends are unfortunately not accepted (they are forbidden on the beaches from April to the end of September)
