When I booked the unit, the description didn’t specify if the unit was ocean front or not, I requested an ocean front unit in the comments of the reservation. When the reservation was accepted, I assumed we would be in an ocean front unit, or at least a tower on the ocean side. That was not the case, we were in the tower across the street.

The location itself was nice. Several pools that were all well maintained and the restaurant and arcade were nice. A few warnings, if you are traveling with small children or are older the elevators weren't available most of the stay. We had to walk up and down 9 flights of stairs multiple times. There were lines of people waiting to get onto the elevators constantly. I was told there is no service elevators so the staff might be holding up the elevators. Also, when I booked my stay it wasn't approved in time but I was still charged the 86 services fee, so I had to call a few times to get that back. I was told to book again and then it took them forever to approve so I was worried I was getting scammed for a while. I probably won't book with this company again.
