We love this villa!!!! It's a cry from the heart and I regret that the photos don't manage to convey all the reality of the well-being that we can feel when we are in this villa!
Located in a green setting of 4000m² planted with Corsican species and only a few kilometers from Porto-Vecchio, this air-conditioned and luxury villa will delight you with its services and its location.
Built on 2 levels, the villa is spread over approximately 240m². Facing the sea and the mountains, it benefits from through light and a view of more than 180° from the bay of Saint Cyprien and the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio to the Aiguilles de Bavella.
The entrance to the villa is through a hall leading to the living rooms under the same large volume and opening onto a large terrace where the private infinity pool is located (10mx5m – roller shutter for security – heated swimming pool in the off-season). A master suite with its private shower room and toilet completes this level.
The kitchen open to the living room has its adjoining pantry/laundry room. It also has direct access to the covered terrace with its barbecue and large outdoor table to enjoy meals in the shade facing the view.
A staircase leads to the lower part of the villa overlooking the garden where there are 3 other bedrooms each with their own private bathroom.
