Beautiful house and a great weekend with plenty to do in the community there.

clean and attractive lovely decore. The whole house was perfect for our family gathering.

We had the most wonderful week at House in the Trees! From the moment we walked in, we loved how open, airy, and full of light it was with skylights everywhere. The screened porch quickly became our favorite spot for family dinners. Everything was immaculate, comfortable, and so thoughtfully stocked—it felt like home right away. The location is unbeatable. In just a few days we swam, fished, hiked, went to the zoo, and even toured a coal mine—and still couldn’t wait to come back and relax at the house. It’s the perfect mix of peaceful and private, but close to everything fun.The owner was fantastic—so responsive and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and communication was excellent. Honestly, I wish we could give more than 5 stars. This is a true gem and we can’t wait to return!

Overall was a nice space with a great screened in porch. There was poison ivy in the backyard by the fire pit which was concerning with children around. You can tell they allow pets in the home, so not great if you have allergies. Was a great location and an easy walk to the pool and beach. We had a nice stay with 5 adults and 2 children.
