Riverfront Condominiums is my favorite place to stay in downtown Nashville. The location is in walking distance to everything but has the feel of being away from the crowds. So nice to sit on the balcony and watch the wildlife and the river traffic. This one bedroom unit is very small but really nice for just 1 or 2 people. Even though the sofa makes a bed, if anyone slept there, they’d be required to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom. That wasn’t an issue for us because we are a couple and didn’t need the sofa bed.

The place was conveniently located near the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, which was where the event was that we were in town for. Had everything stocked inside that you might need which was appreciated, even if we didn't use much. The major downfall was the cleanliness. The couch was dirty, cob webs in a lot of corners, there were large piles of dark, long hair in the tub and on top of the toilet paper holder. The bedding and towels were not comfortable, but not a big deal considering it was a short stay and the price point.

The condo was in a perfect location with a great view and provided everything we needed for our overnight stay in nashville. Wil was communicative and friendly. We would recommend this stay to anyone!

Could have been cleaner. Had to scoot bed away from wall. Wrong size sheets on bed. But enjoyed watching groundhogs play in back.
