Our stay was lovely, the location of the house was perfect. Good communication with host. We were disappointed in the kitchen supplies, only 4 forks and very limited pans in poor condition. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and would come again.

We had a wonderful stay overall for.the month! Nice property and neighborhood, near fun restaurants and beach. A few things can be improved for next guests - clarify the golf cart access - there were instructions inside on accessing the golf cart but when we asked we were told it was for owner only (we didn’t really need it but good if your instructions match your policy). Our other suggestion is for more tools in the kitchen — if you stay and like to cook bring your own pots and chef tools. Bring extra blankets if staying in the winter months too! We also had some construction noise each morning at the house behind us - hopefully this will be resolved in the future. Very responsive management too. Overall a great stay - thank you!

Our yearly family trip to Miramar was amazing. We have always stayed at the same place but had to get a bigger place this year since kids are now married with their own kids. We were very picky and a little hesitant bc we had so many memories at our old place but we have now found our new place . The location and easy access to the beach was perfect with two babies. We do a lot of cooking and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. I couldn’t have been more pleased .

Overall, the house was fine. I wish we could have used the fireplace and golf cart. My biggest complaint was that there was construction with the house behind us the entire time we were there (We were there for 3 weeks). Monday-Saturday 7:30am-7pm. It was very loud and distracting. As someone who works remotely, I found it very difficult to have peace while working. The owner gave us a credit for the inconvenience, but I would have rather they told us about it before arrival. We would have booked somewhere else. Also, please beware of the gardeners leaving the fence open after they do their job. Our dog got out because of this, and we had some tense moments as we tracked her down.
