The property and the view is phenomenal. We spent three days at this property and we enjoyed every minute of it. It is very close to Zuma Beach, which is a really clean and nice beach. We will definitely come back for another vacation to this property The only problem that we had was with the phone and Internet reception. If you’re planning to stay at this property, make sure to take a screenshot from the check-in instructions since you won’t be able to pull it up on your phone before getting connected to the Wi-Fi inside the house. I texted the management company regarding the entry code and they got back to me in a short time. You won’t be able to receive calls or make calls from this location.

The 4th bedroom should be a full bedroom. Perhaps take the treadmill out could be dangerously for children.

It was the perfect place to stay for my daughter's graduation at Pepperdine! Beautiful views and so much room for everyone! We loved it!

This is my second time to stay at this property. The location is very convenient and the views are amazing. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable with a huge kitchen that is equipped with anything you would need. Theo local hosts are great communicators!
