We stay here every summer! It’s extremely clean and has everything you need! We use the club house (pool tables, fuse ball, ping pong), tennis, pickleball, basketball, courts, outdoor games, putt putt, etc. which is all included. The rec center is free as well with its gym and indoor swimming pool. if you float the river (Pagosa Outdoor rentals) you can wash your clothes with the washer, dryer, & free detergent inside your room. The front desk gives you food references for local restaurants. They really take care of you!
