Our vacation in Niantic was wonderful because of this house and its owners, Jason and Colleen. I can't think of a single thing we needed that wasn't already provided. The kitchen is up-to-date and fully stocked and the back patio was perfect for relaxing and grilling. I miss sitting there in the morning and watching all the birds. The location is excellent too - you are a quick ride away from great restaurants, beaches, and adorable little villages. I wouldn't hesitate to book this pretty house again.

This place was a great home base for all of our activities for the long weekend. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a very long and stressful trip there and were very happy to find a bottle of wine waiting for us. Very nice surprise. The hosts were wonderful to work with. Very responsive. Would stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.
