The property has a handful of large ponderosa trees providing shade for much of the property and making it a great place to enjoy being outside in the middle of Chama's cool summers. The home was previously owned by a finish carpenter and it shows throughout the house with beautiful trim and woodwork. Central heat and air provides comfort inside not available in most Chama area homes.
