The 54 m² attic apartment, Peter's Lodge No. 9, is available for rent for the first time following its completion. This modern apartment is just a few meters from the beach and the Baltic Sea (100 m as the crow flies).
It can accommodate up to 2 guests (1 bedroom with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm) and features upscale 5-star amenities: 1 bathroom, 1 infrared sauna, and 1 rooftop terrace (direct ocean view). The kitchen is fully equipped and also features a dining table that seats up to 4 people. Additionally, there is a dishwasher, a
refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a washer-dryer. In the living area, you’ll find a 50-inch smart TV and access to the rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace is also furnished with a dining table and offers a magnificent, direct view of the Baltic Sea. Of course, we offer fast and free Wi-Fi as well as a parking space right next to the house. Electric car chargers (wall boxes) are available in the on-site parking lot (for a fee). Due to our allergy-friendly accommodations, pets are not allowed.
