The "Kleine Tanne" is located behind one of the last private villas situated right next to the beach. In just a few seconds, you’ll be at the eastern section of Grömitz Beach, and the magnificent marina is just 100 meters away.
You enter the bungalow from the northeast side. A small hallway with a coat rack leads into the living room (24 square meters). A cozy black leather sofa set faces the large window area overlooking the terrace and garden. The dining area is on the other side of the room, with a door leading out to the terrace. Amenities include a flat-screen TV (satellite) and a stereo system with a CD player and radio.
The open kitchen area is located behind a counter. It features a built-in electric stove (4 ceramic burners) with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher (60 cm wide), a washing machine, and a spacious refrigerator with a 3 ***+ freezer compartment. Kitchen amenities include a toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, hand mixer, immersion blender, a knife block with high-quality stainless steel knives, salt and pepper mills, as well as stainless steel pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and many other kitchen tools. Everything has been carefully selected with great care; it is comprehensive, practical, and comes from renowned, top-tier manufacturers.
The bedroom (approx. 15 sqm), which is also accessible from the hallway, features a large double bed with nightstands and a spacious 2.50-meter-wide wardrobe with a large mirror.
Bedding, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels are provided.
The rooms feature unique wall decorations. These include photographs and reproductions of well-known works of art, as well as original screen prints.
In addition to the sink and toilet, the shower room features a spacious shower. In front of this room is a built-in closet with appliances such as a hair dryer, iron, etc.
The terrace on the southwest side remains sunny until the evening. A lockable shed contains 4 garden chairs, 1 table, and 2 comfortable lounge chairs. The umbrella provides protection from excessive sunlight.
The garden, which spans several hundred square meters, is available for tenants’ use, as is a parking space. The “Kleine Tanne” has its own Wi-Fi.
