The house is so charming and the decks were great overlooking the harbor. Francesco was so accommodating even parking our car for us in the hotel garage!

The location is perfect whether you are on foot or driving, as it is right at the entrance to Ortigia and outside any restricted traffic zones (ZTL). Francesco, the staff member, was the most attentive person I have ever met; he gave perfect recommendations for the city and was always quick to help us. The room featured new furniture and a charming skylight. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a great size.
There is nothing I didn't like about the accommodation.

Beautiful property. The rooms are very well appointed with comfortable beds. The roof terrace was fantastic with a beautiful view of the marina. Very friendly hosts.
Nothing really. The only thing was no milk for tea. Also if the parking spots are booked it’s a bit of a nightmare to negotiate trying to park although we did find the car park eventually.

The place is renovated and it shows!!
It is very clean and the location is wonderful for me between the arqueological site and Ortigia just by the sea.
The best of all the people!!!
Francesco at the front desk made a perfect job, attentive and he made wonderful recomendations.
The cleaning ladies efficient and helpful.
I would happily come back!
