Good location, comfort and price
Different place to get a key than accommodation located, not much trust to clients willing book such place.

We travelled to Melbourne from Perth as my son was attending St Kilda Film Festival 2026. One of the reasons why our stay will be one to remember in years to come is because of how easily the process was of booking and checking in with this property. What I liked was the communication was 10/10 along with every instruction we needed to collect our keys, access out appt and use all the facilities.
Can't fault our stay. I feel like our expectations were met but also exceeded so I feel we received alot of value out of booking with this property.
