La gentillesse et l'adaptabilité de nos hôtes qui ont vraiment tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour facile et agréable ! Un grand merci à eux. Le petit dejeuner était très bon et copieux La villa était pratique, conforme au descriptif et très agréable.

The pool was great, not over chlorinated, nice and deep for kids jumping in etc. The main bedroom is ideal with plenty of storage and aircon. Cleaner was lovely.

The hottub is not usable with the amount of bleach or product that is in it. Its in a basement twin bedroom. Once the cover is off, it stung our eyes and when the bubbles are activated the stench wafts all around the house. We needed immediate showers,. There is signage telling you not to use it without opening windows - now I know why. this is also in the basement bedroom so the smell impacted the two kids trying to sleep down there. The house needs some updating. cupboard doors hanging off & walls were damaged. There is a kitchen but limited supplies. There is no place to sit outside to eat as a family. We had to eat indoors the whole time which is a big letdown. There is no staff on site that we knew of. No welcome, nobody checked in to say hello or how is everything. Just one cleaner who we had to ask for multiple things. (she did say she had not been working the day before so didnt have time to prep the house for us). All communication was via booking messenger so unless you sit in your email inbox, you don't see any messages until hours later.
