Great place for a great price. May consider installing a ramp for those who have mobility issues and a dishwasher m.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rose House! The location was perfect for walking into the Historic District and enjoying Hot Springs National Park. The home is lovely, well-furnished, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 4 teenagers to spread out. Our host, Rachel was kind, helpful and responsive. We would stay here again and again!
