We found the house in great condition, as described. Neighborhood is quiet yet near enough to stores. Simple walk to the beach worked out well. Communication was speedy any time we had a question. It was a lovely stay!

Woke up to coffee on the lanai that was gorgeous and private. Walked a short 10 minutes to the beach and could sometimes hear the ocean when the winds were from the west. Had fish everyday and the kitchen was set up wonderfully. We enjoyed going to Detwiler's and Cut Fish and just staying in at the house and the pool. The pool was phenomenal. I think we had the kids and ourselves in it for 6 hours a day. What a wonderful place. TMI was there for whatever we needed and responded really quickly! A+ for a vacation.

It does not have a beach view but it’s very close to the beach. It’s a nice clean place. We rented a golf cart to make the trip through the neighborhood over the bridge to the beach enjoyable.
