The property looked just as it was advertised! It was a very clean room, the cleanest we’ve stayed at in Panama City & we’ve went for the past 4 years. Great environment, not over crowded. Great parking. Good elevators. So thankful we found this property!

There was nothing bad that stood out about this property. It was a little annoying to have to put the beach access code in each time, but I understand the reasoning behind that!

Everything was Amazing! Beach view A+ Elevator accessibility A+ The Art sculptures A+ Comfort A+! I enjoyed everything about my stay!

I stepped out of the hallway shower and forgot it was higher than normal showers and darn near broke my ankle and knee. But I’m ok lol! Maybe a sign for a reminder somewhere, Idk. Other than that everything was Amazing!

Very comfy! The view was great with wonderful amenities. Great location and sound proof!!!

There was a humidifier or ac device that required emptying that I was not informed about. Elevators were always busy amd practically unusable at certain times of the day and HOT! BUGS!!

we didn’t stay at the summit, our hotel was changed without our knowledge.

we originally booked for the summit but apon ariving we were informed we were booked at a completely different hotel. when we called the hotline we were interacting with a very rude person. We were not informed of a hotel switch. the woman said that we had confirmed the switch, but going through all the emails and messages, i have no evidence to where we were informed of a hotel change. when it came check out time to check out i texted the hotline, because of the change we knew absolutely nothing about the majestic and what the checkout procedure was. I was met with a rude response once again. i booked for an entire condo and was given something maybe similar but not at the same time.
