Great place to stay in a very convenient location for our first trip to Lisbon. Very clean & easy to access for check-in. We loved the room layout & it had all the facilities we needed (microwave, iron & board, AC, hob).

We would have appreciated a do not disturb sign for the door to let cleaners know whether we want them to enter or not. Also, the lock on the door is bypassed by the door entry code, which makes the lock feel a bit pointless! Potentially some small kitchen staples like salt, pepper and oil would be a nice added touch. Finally, the building code and flat code being the same made us a bit uncomfortable as we felt we had to hide the code when entering the main building. Overall, still a very good stay and all easy fixes for management to implement to make it even better.

The bed was very clean and comfortable and the apartment was spacious and was fully stocked with everything you would need for a stay.

The neighbourhood was close to the metro station but was not charming at all and felt a little unsafe at night for a female traveller. There was no natural light because the windows had to be covered due to proximity to another building behind where urban decay was very evident.

Very clean looking good.

No Washing Machine.

Good location close to transport, restaurants and grocery shops. Clean and comfortable. Lift is always a bonus. Easy communications.
