AC and WiFi were both strong. Bed and couch were both comfy. Linens were all clean. Location is easy to access off the highway.
Sanitary conditions were a big issue. The first thing I found myself doing on arrival was wiping urine off the toilet seat. The second was cleaning something sticky off the doorknobs. Then I was wiping all the surfaces, which left my wet paper towels brown. There was a nasty smell in the fridge which got into my food, and the pots were messy and damaged. My rating isn't worse because I think honestly this place could be great if given one good deep clean, and a little bit of extra TLC between guests.
