The room I chose was spacious and cozy. Great air conditioner. Location is good, close to the nicest areas in the city.

Although location is great, at night the area is pretty dark and kind of sketchy. The fact that there is no reception, you are there on your own in the street dealing with a passcode to open the main door exposed to being assaulted. Not ideal if you are with bags in that area in the middle of the night ( or even during the day considering that Cali has a pretty high crime rate). The day before check out they start bombarding you with emails and text messages reminding you to check out "before" 11 am. Although you have a WhatsUp number to communicate with them, you are in that place on your own. You have nobody to reach out to in case of an emergency or need. Although the room was beautiful and comfortable there is something lacking, I would prefer to pay a bit more and stay in a safer and more welcoming place.

Muy bien, habitacion sin problemas, buena atención y preocupacion por parte del staff

La atención, la ubicación, el aseo.

La cama principal ya está desajustada y al moverse suena. Pero en general todo muy bien

El diseño de la alcoba
