A very old pub (1500’s) but beautiful and modern inside.

Location was fantastic. The bar/restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was of excellent quality and good choice for a continental option. We also had lunch and dinner there on different days and all the food was very good.
The electric heater in the room was effective but not that easy to operate and get a balance temperature.

Located next the cathedral and old engine room (now a brewery) of Arundel Castle, it was a welcoming place to stay with parking and an easy walk down the high street, castle and other locations in the town. The ‘Torquay’ room had a marvellous view of the cathedral across the street.

the breakfast is very good. Beds are comfy. Good location for Arundel.
the price. Inexperienced staff. The owners seem to have disappeared completely.
