Our stay at this property was wonderful! The home is beautiful, on a quiet street, with the bonus of heated pool and hot tub. There is lots of storage space. The layout was great! It is close to restaurants and shopping. The hosts, Steve and Shannon, were friendly and responded immediately to whatever questions or requests we had. The 3 bedrooms were large. There was more than enough towels for showers and pool. The hosts also provide beach equipment which was all like new. There are televisions in every bedroom and a large screen in the living room! (Great to watch the hockey playoffs!)The kitchen was well equipped. We HIGHLY recommend this property for couples or families! It would be our dream home if we lived in Florida!

The home was very clean, the beds were nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the pool which was always the perfect temperature. The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

My husband and I stayed for a month. We’ve been coming to Cape Coral in February for a number of years. This home was farther from the water than our typical rental, but the beautiful pool (always warm) and the fresh, clean home more than compensated for the few extra miles. The furniture is very comfortable, the tvs work great and the kitchen is well stocked. Thanks, Shannon for a nice stay.
