VRBO process worked well. Initial room code did not work, but was quickly changed in a phone call. SPOKE TO SOMEONE who gave a new number and stayed on the line to confirm that it worked. Two comments to offer on the unit:Nice outdoor set on the balcony, but the pads for seating were in embarrassingly bad shape.A pad has been added to the Master king size bed , I guess to extend its life. The pad is short on each side by 8-10 inches. Felt we were each balancing to keep from sliding off the edge of the pad AND then the edge of the mattress.

If you don’t like a very hard king mattress don’t stay here. The condo is clean and spacious. The kitchen has the bare essentials. Besides the hard and extremely uncomfortable king size mattress we enjoyed ourselves.
