Villa Aizen stands as a refined haven, occupying the ground floor of a meticulously restored 1930’s corner building, resonating with the timeless charm of old Athenian grandeur. With its minimalist and modern decor, this 55m2 villa offers an intimate yet spacious retreat for up to four guests.

Within its elegant confines, guests will find a serene double bedroom complemented by a double sofa bed in the inviting seating area. A fully equipped kitchen, complete with kitchenware, awaits culinary endeavors, while a dining table provides a convivial space for shared meals. The private bathroom adds a touch of convenience and privacy to the experience.

From the tall windows, city views spill in, offering glimpses of Athens’ bustling life, seamlessly blending with moments of tranquility. Accessible directly from the apartment through hinged patio doors, the ground floor stone courtyard garden beckons guests to unwind amidst its verdant embrace.

While the villa invites relaxation and immersion in the Athenian ambiance, certain guidelines ensure a harmonious stay. Photo and video shoots require prior approval, as do visits from guests. For those seeking to host events or parties, arrangements can be made at an additional cost. Pets are welcome upon request, with no extra charge.

The villa’s fusion of modern interior design with the classical elegance of neoclassical architecture is a testament to its rich heritage. Tall ceilings, premium materials like marble and chestnut wood, and the original 60cm thick walls, create a sanctuary of serenity and comfort.

Externally, the villa is designed to embrace the Greek climate, with a charming rooftop terrace offering enchanting views of the Acropolis and a stone courtyard garden providing moments of outdoor bliss.

Whether you're a family, a group of friends, or a couple seeking a retreat in the heart of Athens, Villa Aizen offers a refined sanctuary amidst the historical tapestry of the city center.
