The chef’s kitchen, equipped with new stainless appliances and quartz counters, makes preparing meals effortless, while in-unit laundry and Smart TVs provide every convenience of home.

Getting Around:

While tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, the home is well positioned for easy access to Scottsdale’s best attractions. Each unit includes one assigned parking space, with limited additional guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved prior to your stay.



A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request for guest use.
