We enjoyed the pool days when we weren't at the beautiful beaches. Enjoyed several family dinners in the kitchen and dining room. Lots of areas for family interactions. Pleasant neighborhood - we enjoyed several walks and found friendly neighbors. Overall, great location and nice to be in the midst of the area. So much to enjoy!

Place was great. Could not use the TVs til the last day of the trip due to issues that required the tech to come out and reset the system, which required several back and forth messages. Pool was not clean. But these issues were minor and we still had a great stay.

We had 2 issues which were handled by the mgt company to our satisfaction

Who remodeled this home, Ray Charles? The remodel on this home was done with speed in mind. No care was given to making things right. It looks good in pictures but that's about it. It also appears clean but after 5 minutes of walking around in the house our feet were black. The water pressure for the showers is something to be desired. The shower with duel heads is just smoke and mirrors. You can't even use one of them because the water comes out as a trickle. The back patio area was filthy. The fans and lights dont work back there either. The screened pool enclosure is in desperate need of a good pressure washing. The pool area was a big reason we decided on the Manatee Cottage and it was a big disappointment. It wasn't all bad, but we decided to leave for a couple of days of our week stay and go to a hotel just to get a proper shower. We also left for home early because this place just made us home sick. I'll add a couple of pics, but there are so many examples of very poor workmanship. I wish I would have taken more.
