This charming villa of 85m2 located on the west coast of the Ile d'Oléron, welcomes you with friends or family to spend a pleasant stay just a ten-minute walk from the beach. In the heart of the small peaceful village of Domino in the town of Saint Georges d'Oléron, it is located 200m walk from the market and shops.
This villa and its 300m2 mineral garden and its heated and secure swimming pool can accommodate up to 8 people. South / South-West facing.
It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

1 master suite (180cm bed) with bathroom (shower, washbasin and WC) + direct access to the swimming pool
1 double bedroom (160cm bed)

1 shower room (shower, washbasin and toilet)
Living areas:
The villa has a living room consisting of a living room (flat screen TV) with a kitchen Fully equipped and open plan overlooking the living and dining room. You have some board games available. The property has a sofa (no sofa bed).
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, sink, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso.

Rates vary depending on the season: Off-season basis between 1,400 euros and 1,925 euros per week and High season between 2,100 euros and 3,150 euros per week. The tourist tax is applicable throughout the year since January 1, 2024. It is based on the real regime of 2.31 euros per night and per adult. The amount of the security deposit is 2000 euros. We ask for a certificate of civil liability insurance for each reservation.
Pets not allowed and parties not allowed. Inside: non-smoking.
