Beautiful condo even better than the pictures. Great view. Conveniently on beach and close to anywhere in San Juan you want to go. Lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Good communication from host; overall highly recommended.

The condo was in a great location..7 mins from the airport..10 mins from San Juan and Old San Juan. Checking-in was complicated due to security at the front desk not speaking Great English. Condo is facing the beach which is great to come sit out and look at the Sun come up!! No beach access or backyard access after 10 which we didn't like!! No bathclothes to bathe with in the Condo!! Overall, great loaction to enjoy your time in San Juan!

This was listed as ground-floor. It is on the second floor. It has a nice rear porch shown in the photos. The building was on water rationing because of a fight with San Juan municipality. Not the VRBO fault, but it was frustrating to do laundry, shower, etc. Good security to the point of being annoying. For instance, we couldn’t understand their modesty requirements for the lobby. No swimsuits visible? No towels draped over shoulders? Isla Verde beach is pretty awesome for a city-beach. Overall a great stay. If you get a chance try Kumo rooftop restaurant that is 200 feet east on the waterfront.

Great property, even better location. Beach, pool, plenty of food options. Property has plenty of space and great balcony you can enjoy the beach from. Great A/C too!! Only minor issue is there is a temporary water rationing order, this makes it where there is no running water between 8 am-noon, 2pm-5pm, and 6 pm-9 pm. Easy enough to work around.
