Had a great visit at the property.

Working with the host was excellent! The communication was very good and they addressed any issues we had vey quickly. The property was in a very good location with spacious rooms and very good sized pool. However there were some issues that did not let us do 5 stars:One of the master bedrooms does not have a window and a proper door to maintain privacy. Basically there are flimsy sliding doors that do not block the noise. The property was clean except the rugs and the backyard that needed to be better maintained. There were living cockroaches under the patio furniture.Overall though, the house was in a very good shape and we enjoyed our stay.Thank you.

We had a issue with the internet I messaged the host and they helped us right away. They were very quick with any questions I had.

The property is suitable for 8 people. However, you get a feel of hotel rather than a house. Kitchen was absolutely empty except two rolls of paper towels and some coffee filters. Only two garbage bags for entire week. The same situation with bathrooms, one small tube of shampoo per person. Bed in one of the bedrooms is very squeaky and makes loud noise noticeable in the other rooms. The pool is a good size as well as hot tub. No one informed as about the app to control the hot tub until three days later we asked if the pool can be heated. There were a few bicycles in the garage, but all with flat tires. Location is good, close to the airport and not too far from downtown.
