At first we were booked in an unacceptable room and told we could not upgrade. We then had to explore the property and found a true 4-star portion of the Resort. Both Stephen and Sumi were excellent hosts and made our stay most enjoyable. The all-inclusive option was quite restrictive and barely worth the bother. I am sure other MGM properties are better managed.
