Two-bedroom apartment with harbour views in Los Miradores del Puerto, km 14 of La Manga.
This precious apartment is very spacious, comfortable and bright. It has two bedrooms, the main one, with a double bed, is very spacious and has air conditioning and Smart TV, plus it has its own bathroom with a bathtub and access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and television. It has a complete bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway.
The lounge, very spacious, features a dining area for 6 people, another with a sofa bed (recommended for 2 children or one adult), television and air conditioning, and also has access to a spacious terrace with views of Tomás Maestre Port.
From the lounge you can also access the kitchen, independent and very well equipped with an oven, hob, toaster, blender, Italian coffee maker and a gallery with a washing machine.
The apartment is on the 6th floor, which means the temperature, especially in the hottest months, is perfect, and yet it has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room.
The apartment has wifi connection.
LOCATION:
The urbanisation, Los Miradores del Puerto, at km 14, has a large communal area with garden, paddle tennis court and swimming pool (open all year round).
About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Spar), and in the area there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets...
It is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Port of Tomás Maestre, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.
Furthermore, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports centre with tennis courts, padel and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...
We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both inclusive. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or when making the reservation add the comment in the observations section and we will proceed to change the rate and conditions.

For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and they incur an extra fee of €30.
