Only complaint is I asked for a late checkout knowing we were gonna run behind trying to get out the day of checkout with 3 kids under 8 and although the cleaner was nice and waited for us patiently the management said they would check into it and less than 2 min later sent an email saying they couldn’t accommodate knowing that they had no same day check in coming in. In other words they could have just said no on the phone but instead pretended to actually try to accommodate then didn’t. I own short term waterfront rentals too in fact several doors down from this one we own beachfront rentals and we do what we can to accommodate when needed that’s part of the short term rental and hospitality business. Other than that house was nice and as advertised.

Upon arrival the exterior was pleasant. Very well manicured and kept up. Plenty of room for the 3 vehicles. The home is very inviting when coming in. The bedrooms were spacious and private. The kiddos loved the slide on the bunk beds.(the added treasure chest was great, very intriguing for 9 and 5 year old boys) Everyone slept very well. The Game room and theatre were a great option when they needed a break from the ocean. The hot tub was great, and the pool as well, still very refreshing, and it is Florida after all. Kitchen had plenty of room for all the girls to cook meals and do prep. Great having the beach wagon and supplies and toys, used it everyday! Very well maintained walking pier access. Close to shopping, ice cream, restaurants, a few parks, convenient store and all within walking distance. Overall this was one of the best vacations for me, my 3 kids and their spouses and my 4 grands.

Amazing location and the whole property had so much space for our multi-family trip. It rained a lot of the time and the kids were never bored - there was so much to do inside the house! The treasure chest of pirate hats and treasure maps was their cherry on top. We truly enjoyed our time here and all look forward to returning!

We enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the beach!
