Such a cute house with pool and hot tub! It was perfect for our girls trip getaway. WiFi was unreliable at times , but other than that, everything was great! Definitely recommend!

This was a beautiful property, and the outdoor space was absolutely amazing. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.A couple of the issues we encountered were partially due to my own oversight. I did not realize until after booking that there was an additional fee to heat the hot tub, but that information was included in the property details, and the host promptly sent me the terms when I asked.Upon arrival, we were informed that the property manager would be stopping by to skim the pool. She informed us while she was there that the pool service would be there the next day, but they actually arrived two days later. In addition, the lawn care crew came the morning after we arrived to mow and blow leaves. While we understand that routine maintenance is necessary, it would have been helpful to have a schedule of these visits ahead of time. When the pool technician came to clean and refill the pool while we were out, we weren't notified, so we were unsure whether the pool had been treated and if it was safe to use immediately afterward.*One small improvement would be to provide basic amenities such as hand soap in the bathrooms. *Overall, this was an outstanding property, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The beautiful home, incredible outdoor space, cleanliness, and excellent communication from the host far outweighed the minor inconveniences.

Clean room, close to the towns and beach

My husband, teen, and I stayed at this property for 5 nights this past week. The house is very cute - clean, bright, and nicely decorated and furnished. The location is in an economically diverse area, which is fine, but we did have a situation the first couple of nights and police were called (not by us). No break-ins to our car or the house, but just inappropriate behavior happening from what we could tell. We paid to heat the pool, and the pool temperature was perfect. It was hard to get the spa heated to the desired temperature of 104, even if we switched the heat several hours prior. The main bedroom shower, although aesthetically pleasing, had really bad water pressure. I had a hard time getting my hair washed and rinsed, and I struggled to keep it at a consistent temperature. It was either VERY hot or really cold after just a few minutes. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. I do wish there were beach chairs and towels provided, since we flew in. Very cute, clean house, though!
