The only thing i hated was the pool closing at 7p.m. The children was not able to enjoy the night time swim. Everything else was good. Some things need to be updated in this condo. The sofa was was very worn out. The tub needs to be replaced as well.

Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked the whole week. Sometimes taking up 30 minutes or more to get up to your floor. In a facility of this size, this is “RIDICULOUS”
Individuals at the front desk were of “zero” help w/ any issue. I was told it was not their responsibility to report maintenance issues.
Our room was severely outdated and the mattresses where as if sleeping on concrete w/ flat pillows. However, the room did adequately serve its purpose.
