Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Navii Estates and would recommend it to family, family with kids or anyone who prefers quite and safe neighborhoods, rather than noisy and busy downtown life.

Ivan's apartment was contemporary, clean, and comfortable. It has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Ivan responded promptly to texts and allowed us an early check-in and late check-out which was much appreciated. Thanks, Ivan!

My whole family had an amazing stay. The place is very neat, clean and quiet. Ivan is very accommodating and always checking out from time to time if we have any problems. I would surely recommend this place to my friends going to Calgary for a trip.
