It's quite close to Narwee train station when has services going to city every 15 minutes. The house set up has basic amenities. I was glad to find an airfryer and microwave that was clean to use. Also, having a washing machine and powder is a helpful bonus. No dryer but a clothes like out back.

It's appears to be a three bedroom house that's been partitioned to create 2 extra bedrooms. Everyone shares the same seperated toilet and shower set up. It's not ideal. The shower had luke warm water for every shower I had. The hot water system is clearly not suitable for this many guests. The water temperature would be a much bigger issue in winter. But I stayed in spring. The shower room has quite a bit of mould. The bathroom floor at one stage was filthy. The next day it was cleaned minimally by staff. There was a lot of mould in the room as well. The floors throughout out also don't feel clean and I wore sandles to avoid contact with the floor. I don't think the floor has been properly mopped properly for many weeks. The place would feel much better after a deep clean and some basic upgrades.
