We were able to check in earlier than the official check-in time, which was a great start to our stay. Communication with Roberto was very easy and pleasant, and he was very kind and helpful throughout.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The location is also good, with plenty of free parking spaces nearby and several supermarkets within walking distance.
There are also some great cafés and restaurants close by — we found a lovely place for breakfast just a two-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is rather poorly soundproofed, so light sleepers may find the noise from the surrounding apartments or the street a little disturbing. For those who are not light sleepers, however, the apartment is perfect.
It would also be nice to have some basic cutlery, plates, or bowls available in the kitchen.

Roberto est un hôte très sympathique et bien organisé. Il a pris le temps de nous accueillir chaleureusement. Il met à disposition un lien avec tous ses bons conseils des choses à faire à Alghero : plage, resto, culture...
La chambre est très agréable à vivre et spacieuse
La difficulté de se garer dans le coin mais il y avait des travaux au moment où nous avons séjourné à Alghero
