This guesthouse really has a good vibe. Ojiisan is very kind. When he saw I had a sore throat he gave me air humidifier. When I did not have the way to get to lake Mashu, he drove me there with his car (taxis were booked and bus was extremly inconvenient and even impossible). He himself enjoyed how beautiful the lake was. On the festival evening he even called me to go stargazing with them. I could not go, because I was ill, but the invite warmed my heart a lot and left a precious memory. You can order traditional japanese breakfast. The room has central heating and also individual heater. If you like motorbikes, even better, because the owner has a little bike repair workshop on the 1st floor. It is close to the bus station (but mind, that after last train at 6pm there is no connecting bus).

Gästehaus wird von einem netten älteren Herren betrieben, der im Erdgeschoss seinen Rad-Verleih führt. Zimmer war großzügig und sehr bequem. Auch im Bad/WC war genug Platz. Es gibt viele Onsen in der Nähe, wofür auch in der Unterkunft Tickets erworben werden können.

Piccola guest house situata sopra il negozio di moto del proprietario. Situata nella piccola località di Kawayu, zona termale. Camere pulite, bagno in comune, area comune situata a pian terreno. Gestore simpatico e disponibile. Presente parcheggio gratuito. Consigliata. Noi eravamo in 4 ci ha dato due camere. Terra di onsen sia in alberghi che all'aperto. Il paese dista pochi km dal Monte Io e dal lago di Kussharo, posti bellissimi.
