The stay was great in every aspect.

Pro: - Friendly staff, especially Salman - We received a free upgrade - The apartment was very spacious - Small but nice common area including pool with sunbeds

Con: - Location is soso, there are some restaurants and shops close by, but its not the prettiest area and the beach is a good 20-25 minutes walk away - Lots of smalls things, which individually are not too bad, but collectively are disappointing - —> There was an odd smell at times in the bathrooms and thus also in the bedrooms - —> We had a big terrace, but there was no parasol, so you couldn’t use the terrace during the sun hours - —> We did not cook in the apartment, but there weren’t too many pots and pans for a family to cook with - —> We wanted to use the bicycles, but only 1 was actually usable (the other had flats tires or were missing the entire chain) and unfortunately there weren’t fixed during our stay either - —> Most of the interior & furniture is somewhat worn and not very qualitative - —> The mattresses were rather hard, which was fine for us, but for some this may be an issue - Overall: This is a decent place, but too expensive for what it is unfortunately

What truly made our experience unforgettable, however, was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Okten, Salman, and the entire kitchen team, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. They made our visit especially memorable as we were celebrating my wife's birthday, and their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine warmth turned the occasion into something truly special. Every member of staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely guest focused. Their dedication to service elevates Los Suites far beyond the standard hotel experience. Los Suites is a remarkable destination that perfectly combines comfort, aesthetics, cleanliness, and outstanding service. It is a place we would happily return to and recommend with complete confidence to anyone seeking a high-quality and memorable stay in Antalya.

There is nothing I didn't like about the Los Suites as for the first time visiting Antalya, Turkey. The welcome VIP shuttle and driver Salman was so impressive and from that point on, we just loved the staff and the place!

The property was extremely clean, spacious and the gym and pool facilities were amazing. You’re roughly about 30-40 minutes from attractions although we had a car so it didn’t make the location too bad. The gym facility was one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel - great machines, clean space, very premium. Salman and the staff there were extremely accommodating in offering recommendations and supporting any questions/requests we had. They were amazing.
