The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfy. Loved the food, plus it were decent proportions for the prices. Super happy that i could enjoy a sauna and a cold plunge, and a boat ride in the evening with a beautiful sunset. Loved every experience i had at the hotel
I'm a Kenyan, so there was a bit of a language barrier because i don't speak Kinyarwanda and most stuff speak Kinyarwanda, but we went past the barrier and they called the manager whenever they didn't understand what i needed.

Prachtige plek vlak bij het meer. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Er zijn heel veel muggen. Het resort licht aan een kilometers lange zandweg. Er is geen klamboe. Op de avond van aankomst was er geen warm water, dit is later profesoriesch hersteld. Ik verbleef in huis nummer 5.
