Central location with parking, comfy apartment.
Owners have provided a couple of fans during current heatwave.
Good communication throughout, check in/out details clear.
Stayed here 3x now, tells you all you need to know.

A great place to stay when you go to Basingstoke, you go out from the bulding and you're directly in the city centre. Everything we needed we found in the flat, very good contact with the owners.
The only thing is that it looked like no one for a long time has cleaned the floor, other than that, all good!
