We had an amazing stay at this apartment and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island! We came from France and stayed here for three weeks, and everything was absolutely perfect from the first day until the last. The apartment is modern, spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The open-plan living room and kitchen are fantastic. The kitchen is brand new, fully equipped with everything you need, and has a very modern design. The living area is bright and cozy, with a large Smart TV and a very comfortable sofa, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. There are two separate bedrooms, both with very comfortable beds, their own air conditioning units, and Smart TVs, which gave everyone privacy and comfort. The bathroom is also modern, practical, and very well designed. One of our favorite features was the huge terrace, where we enjoyed many breakfasts and dinners outdoors. Having a washing machine on the terrace was also very convenient during our long stay. The host, George, is one of the kindest and most helpful people we have ever met. He is incredibly friendly, always responsive, and whenever we needed anything, he solved every issue immediately with a smile. He truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. As a bonus, he produces the most amazing olive oil—we honestly believe it's the best olive oil on the island! After spending three wonderful weeks here, we can honestly say that we felt at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Thank you, George, for your hospitality and for making our vacation so special. We came from France, and we will definitely return with great pleasure. We can't wait to stay here again!

Appartamento meraviglioso appena ristrutturato. George gentilissimo disponibile e pronto ad aiutare in tutto. Consigliato al 100% . Molto vicina a Kos , meno di 8 minuti, ma lontano dal casino mondano quindi in un luogo tranquillo e rilassato

La zona è in ristrutturazione quindi ancora un pò fatiscente. D’altro canto ci sono tutti i servizi necessari e si respira ancora un’atmosfera autentica che per me personalmente è un plus . Quindi dipende molto da cosa si cerca quando si viaggia

The apartment was clean, well equipment , great location, i would say it’s the best experience ever with booking and airbnb , next to the great apartment, i must mention that the host is an incredible man , no words in the world could describe how kind hearted, helpful and humble person he is , we were stuck in kos because of a war , we found ourselves on the streets, the host was so helpful, even beyond expected , great stay , extraordinary value for money, i would recommend for sure . Thank you George for your great apartment and even greater service, cant wait to visit Kos again to cross over baths and memories.
