Lovely and cozy apartment! It has everything you need for a short stay in Rome. The Colosseum is within walking distance, and there are plenty of great restaurants, gelaterias, and cafes nearby. Huge thanks to the staff for the detailed instructions and thoughtful care. We checked in late at night, but everything went smoothly. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip!
The air conditioner functioned more like a fan and didn’t blow very cold air, though I understand this is quite typical for Roman AC units. It didn't ruin our stay, but worth keeping in mind

I did loved this apartment 🥰 It’s in a local area which allowed me to feel the vibe of everyday life in Rome. The property itself is so cozy and lovely. Especially the terrace 🤌🏻

The property is conveniently located near popular attractions
There is room for improvement in cleanliness, the balcony door requires repair, and there is some noise from neighbors most of the time
