The location is absolutely amazing, just a few meters from the sea\! You can hear the waves all night, and it’s very peaceful\. The staff are friendly and always helpful\. Breakfast is simple but fine\.

The bed linen was clean, although there was no duvet cover. The bungalow itself needed a deeper cleaning, so I ended up cleaning it myself. I would recommend that the hotel pay more attention to cleaning the grounds, removing fallen leaves and small rubbish regularly. The beach also needs daily cleaning, as plastic bottles and other rubbish wash ashore every morning. Overall, a beautiful place with an incredible location, but cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be improved.

We absolutely loved the location. Bed big and comfortable . I've listed some things below which would have made our 3 days more comfortable. Over all we loved Koh Samet at this time of year (not busy) but we would chose a different property in the same area for our next stay

They huts were good value for the price. However the lack of attention to detail let's the place down. It wasn't clean. Mouldy wet chair cushion on outside recliner, rubbish on steps and in front of bungalow. No mat by front door (to trap sand) no broom to sweep up. The bed was looking thru the windows at the beautiful beach view but the windows were too dirty to see through. Also bring thongs as the bathroom floods everytime you have a shower and floor stays wet ..the toilet is at the bottom of the room where the very small drainage hole is, a large squeegy is provided but not very effective Not the propertys fault but bare in mind the beach is very dirty and its a small bay. Every time the tide went out a couple of us spent time picking up bins full of plastic etc...very sad comment on humanity..

Te despiertas y duermes con el sonido de las olas. Tiene una playa privada, buenos restaurantes y el personal súper amable. Además el desayuno súper completo.

On the right beach on the island, i.e. not so touristy, not party, quiet and beautiful

It so clean, owner had to be reminded about breakfast vouchers almost every day, various items missing in the huts like towels and bin in bathroom
