Spacious, modern, exceptionally equipped, spotlessly clean

Could’ve had a few more forks in the cutlery drawer.

The flat is a gem. Well-equipped and peaceful. Good neighbourhood.

I strongly suggest rethinking the check-in procedure, which for me was slightly chaotic. As I hadn't heard from the host since I had booked, I initiated the conversation. They didn’t respond immediately and told me to write once I got there, which I did. So I called the first number I had contacted, which was supposed to give me the code for the flat door, but which eventually redirected me to another number. And so on. The whole thing took at least 20 minutes for a 4 digits code, which seemed unnecessary. So not an ideal welcome, but an anecdote after all
